We followed the backroads of Ohio south of Toledo and Cleveland. We stopped for lunch at the Pennsylvania welcome centre and then eastward again. We stopped at Dewdrop Recreation Area in the Allegheny National Forest. This was a very nice area built developed around a water resovoir used for controlling water levels. We had a nice campsite in the forest up on a little hill overlooking the lake. We were close to the washrooms and showers as well which is always a bonus!
Today was the first day we set the dining shelter up so we had a place to sit away from the bugs. So far the single burner butane stove has worked well. We also brought the Coleman propane grill stove.
